Domestic Projects

     The “Proposal of the PV Development Plan During 11th Five-Year periosd” was elaborated by us together with 11 well-known experts for National Development and Reform Commission. The idea of the equivalent power capacity was presented first time for planning. The target of 30GWp installed capacity was proposed for 2020 with feasibility analysis to realize the target. It is proposed that the main market of China in the nest 10years will stay in rural electrification. It was the first time that provincial solar resources are presented based on calculation of irradiation line. A figure of roof areas of 50 cities was estimated and presented£»
     From 2007, we cooperated with BP/SunOasis Company Limited in 100MW City photovoltaic project in Weihai. The Project proposals report had be elaborated and be recognized by Administration Bureau of Weihai High-Tech Area. The 20MW Feasibility Study of the first phase is on going£»
     Entrusted by National Development and Reform Commission, we trained local trainers from 7 provinces for “SDDX program”. For this task a special training materias were elaborated and published. As the most experienced training group in off-grid RE power field, we have international training qualification ( ISP) In 2007, cooperated with Ministry of Labor and Social Security and we started with new training course for local trainers£¬the pilot course had been held from May 21 to June 4. Total 19 students took part in and got Certificate of Competency of the state.
     July 2007, finished 3 reports about “Design Assistance for China Renewable Energy Village Electrification Program” for The World Bank: ¡¶Design Assistance for China Renewable Energy Village Electrification Program Inception Report¡·,¡¶Proposed Report of Non-Electrified Area Power Construction Program Implementation in Xinjiang¡·,¡¶Execution Guide of Rural Electrification Program in Unelectrified Areas¡·etc.£¬which were highly appreciated by National Development and Reform Commission, The World Bank Project Office and Xinjiang Development and Reform Commission
