At the pilot project achievement exhibition of Chinese Academy of Science (CAS) knowledge innovation program, academician Gu Guobiao is reporting the evaporative cooling technology to Central Committee of the CCP General Secretary Comrade Hu Jintao, Central Military Committee Vice-President Comrade Cao Gangchuan and president of CAS Lu Yongxiang
