Until 2007, about 50 SCI collected papers have been published in international high impact academic journals, such as Chem. Mater., Appl. Phys. Lett., J. Mater. Res., J. Appl. Phys., Supercond. Sci. Technol.，J. Phys. Chem. C etc. At the same time, one PCT patent and 20 national invention patents have been applied.
