Dear colleagues,

This is the first official announcement for the next International Conference on Magneto Science (ICMS2013) that will be held in Bordeaux, France, from October 13th (Sunday evening) to October 17th (Thursday evening).

The conference will focus on the multi-scale effects of magnetic fields on physical, chemical and biological processes, including both fundamental aspects and applications.
The scientific topics will include magnetic orientation, levitation, magneto-convection, phase separation, MHD effects, magneto-electrochemistry, spin chemistry, thermodynamics effects, magneto-biology, novel magnetic phenomena, ...

All oral presentations will be given as plenary sessions and a special emphasis will be made on poster presentations, in order to foster scientific discussions in the broad multi-disciplinary field of magneto-science.

The conference website is now online, and will be improved in the next weeks to give detailed information about the conference program, the registration, the call for paper, the venue, and more scientific and practical information.
