Main Achievements:1. Triple a-Si:H solar cells.
2000 - 2002
Researcher
Made this kind of solar cell by PECVD. Studied its characters by means of Ramman, QE. Got effiecency of 12.7%, which rank the next to the highest effiecency in the world.

2. Crystalline Si Solar Cells.
1996-1999
Researcher
Studied the passivation emitter solar cell(PESC) and buried contact solar cell(BCSC). The highest efficiency of PESC is 19.79%, and that of BCSC is 18.6%. Both rank the highest effiecency in China.

3. Polycrystall Si thin film solar cell
1996-1999
Team Leader
Studied the thin film polycrystalline Si solar cells. One of direction is LPCVD+ZMR+CVD method, in whinch a set of CVD system and RT ZMR system were established. The condition to enlarge the grain size in the silicon film by ZMR was optimized.

5. The multi-application of solar cell

Within three years, lead a group finished many solar application projects, such as a solar boat (The largest in China ), a 100kW solar cell system, a 10kW solar cell system, a 15kW solar cell system, H2 generation system by solar cell, O2 generation system by solar cell.
